BIOWARE ! Swtor is The Best Mmo , i Ever Played

I am fan of STAR WARS lore and i never hide it
(that's why i am the owner of this domain) but Swtor is the best mmo that i have ever played and i have played all the mmos from uo and after !!!
Two weekends in beta and i didn't stopped playing your game . Swtor is not just the KOTOR 3 in mmo version .... it is more !!! This game will brake all the standards in game industry and i am very happy that i trusted you and i choosed to buy the Collectors Edition and after two weekends i can say ... only these two weekend worth the 150 euros that i spend to buy it.
Who said Swtor's Graphics are Bad ?

Today on our TeamSpeak Server we had a conversation about the Graphics's of Swtor and one of our teammates said us that the Graphics's are outdated and they are like a twenty years old game . I really surprised because i played the last beta weekend where the developers removed the cap on the graphics and we enjoyed the full version of the game .
The Urban myth that have created around the Graphics of Swtor started from the beta testers , because Bioware capped the Graphics at 50% of the maximum during the whole beta period. Beta testers knew this situation from the beginning of beta tests , like our member lord basil , soz mate
,but they never stopped whining about that.
I feel the responsibility to stop this Urban Myth right now about Swtor's poor or outdated Graphics and i will do it with some pictures that i took from the Last Beta Weekend .in many pictures of them you will see also the fps . my pc is 4 years old and i have a video card that costs right now 60 euro . i played the game in high settings on a 24" screen and in 1600x1200 game resolution !
enjoy with me again now some pictures that i took during the last beta weekend :
check the details from water and ground . they are amazing !!! Click on the image for full View
Launch Date for STAR WARS: The Old Republic Finally Announced

BioWare and LucasArts are pleased to announce that Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ will launch on December 20, 2011 in North America and in the European Launch Territories! The announcement was first made by BioWare co-founders Dr. Ray Muzyka and Dr. Greg Zeschuk during their keynote address at the 2011 Eurogamer Expo in London, England. Speaking to a packed room of press and fans alike, Dr. Muzyka acknowledged the weight of the moment and the patience of the fans.
The Amazing Music of Swtor

Bioware gave to the public the opportunity to hear and enjoy nine soundtracks from the game of Star Wars : The Old Republic . My favourite soundtrack is from the Coruscant, The Capital of Galactic Empire , maybe because i loved the town in game .
All the Nine excellent Theatrical Soundtracks are amazing and i included all in my YouTube Channel in a playlist under this link > http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE960F9...
WoW showing drop while Swtor is on the rise

Before certain months we read in internet that the most popular video game in the planet this moment wow that it loses 600 thousands subscribers each quarter (source: Google Search). The wow is certain that apart from the most popular game, is perhaps the most completed right now and certainly the number of million subscribers justified by the factor of the [complete game].The players can spend a pleasant time at any moment they decide to enter the game.
But the WoW is already in its seventh year and this "marriage" between the players and the game has become just a habit. Everything in life after some time it can not offer new experiences ,and WoW that it had to give, already gave it. You can see in the chart this drop of interest about Wow !
As long as it wore out wow, new games came to the fore ready to displace it. The two most important were Aoc and Aion. Unfortunately neither of the two did not succeed. The reasons in each case was different. Aoc in the reason was the unstable client, while in Aion was the indifference of Ncsoft against bots.
MMORPG.com's Carolyn Koh has spoken with Devs at Syndcon

BioWare’s strategy for SWTOR (or simply TOR) is to reach as many gamers as they possibly can. “Star Wars is beloved in the US as well as many other parts of the world,” said Producer Rich Vogel, citing the low system specs required for the game, “and that said, we want to make sure that the game is accessible to as many people as possible.”
The game will look as good as it possibly can, but the voice-acting will make the most impact. It is costly, but effective and used mostly in other MMOs as for special flavor perhaps, for important quests. One of the questions often asked of BioWare is how difficult the voice-acting and files was to manage, but for a company that’s used to the process, the voice-acting, we are told, is the simplest part of the game. It is scripted first in text of course, but with games like Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect and Dragon Age behind them, piece of cake!
Gamers who enjoy the Star Wars movies and world but aren’t necessarily avid fans need not fear that their lack of knowledge of all things Star Wars will hinder them in the game. TOR is set about 3,000 years before the movies or Clone Wars. It’s not that the Sith Empire is based on the movies, Palpatine’s empire was based on the ancient Sith Empire! “Just watching the trailers will get you up to speed,” said Lead Designer James Ohlen, “But there will be Easter eggs for fans of KOTOR (Knights of the Old Republic) to find in the game.”
Hopes and suggestions from Community for the Swtor space system.

I believe that the space system in SWTOR should have more depth. Space travel and space battles were a integral part of the movies and the overall Star Wars experience. I understand that this game primarily focuses on combat on the ground, but Bioware & LucasArts are afforded the opportunity to create the ultimate Star Wars game by adding complexity to the space system.
I've seen space-travel games, and planetside games, but to really immerse a player in a fictional universe, I'd like to see a game that implements both to a satisfactory degree. I'm eager to see just how far the developers of Star Wars: The Old Republic take it- I acknowledge that there is a healthy amount of speculation in my post, but I feel that if the space mechanic was any more sophisticated, we would have heard about it by now.
The devs have said that each player will be able to purchase a ship at some point (each class seems to be associated with their own specific ship). The space system will be split into two major pieces: travel and combat. I would like players to be able to build/buy/upgrade their own ships, to make them unique from one another, and to really create a relationship between the player and his ship, a la Han and the Millenium Falcon.
From what I've gathered, the combat seems to be exclusively available in missions, where the player will be "on-rails". They are able to move freely, but only within a small "pipe", dictated by a camera which moves automatically.
5 Reasons that Bioware must use the fan base to open test swtor

So far it seems like they have only been testing in small amounts ( 100 players ) and that will most likely not be the case with the release.
When swtor goes live and servers are awaiting the first players to walk in it ,there is always a risk to be the first day
- crash fest
- Queue fest
- Synchonize problems Fest
- Exploit / dupe / Hack Fest attacks and of cource
- Lag Fest
that the forums in the first days will be hammered with to many problems that will be the community manager's nightmare. A recent mmo game I have been seeing executing open test it fairly correctly was Rift. the headstart gave pre-ordered players the ability to play days before the launch. Failure myths within the normal release has already hammered some mmorpg releases in the past. i don't want right now referrer any of these mmos, but many of us we know what happend in the past. I'm not saying Bioware or better EA should start inviting thousands of players right now, but it would be a good choise the hard test and be better preparation for the worst case scenarios within the last month before launch. An other option is pre-sell and pre-launch a week before normal start, but the time to investigate and solve the problems is limited.

What ? No Cross-faction Chat in Retail Swtor ?

You've all watched Star Wars (well I hope you did..) I read a few developers posts about the cross-faction talk and the said that it's only enabled in the beta, and its highly likely that it will not be in the finished game.
When I heard about that it struck me, being that I'm a heavy PvPer ,i am also and a heavy socialize gamer that use the chat a lot . Maybe if it can be reconsidered being that Bioware/Lucasarts said they want to make this feel like a REAL star wars experience *, Cross-faction talk in swtor should be enabled. It would really add a sense of reality in the game, especially in PvP atmosphere inside the game.
It's used in everquest , and works wonderfully, and it is not used in Aion and that was a reason that pvp in aion sucks a lot ,because you can see that the enemy speaks but you can not read what he writes
Always ,in pvp games ,a bit of QQ chat is like the alas of pvp and many times the qq after pvp is the reason for the mmo gamers to try more to be better in pvp strategy (swtor = startegy
) , armor - weapons and levels
Although I know there are people who don't PVP at all, wouldn't it be easy to just have an option where cross-faction talk can be disabled in Tor due to various reasons of BAD LANGUAGE in cross-faction talk ?
*In every battle with lightsabers in star wras there was a QQ chat between star wars characters !!!!!!!
Discuss it.

Is EA preparing a new MMO project?

Apparently EA is starting to recruit for another MMO it wants in the works. Although, it is important to keep in mind that the production time needed would most likely be several years and it wouldn't create an immediate impact on TOR, but it may in the long run if the game's really being designed to keep a long term player base.
